Currently serving as Senior Director, ESPN NEXT, Kevin leads ESPN’s flagship early-career development program, preparing the next generation of talent for long-term success. His career spans technical and studio operations, cross-platform production, and enterprise program management, with a focus on innovation, mentorship, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Beyond his work in sports media, Kevin enjoys jazz, tennis, and writes short fiction in his spare time.
